Rates

Consultations: $95

This includes up to one hour on site (additional time will be charged at that hourly rate) and a follow up email with my notes and if relevant any estimates for potential work.

Design: $85/hr

The amount of time it takes to complete a design really varies based on the size of the space, the topography, existing features, type of features to be included, whether I will be doing the installation or separate versions are needed with more information for another installer (this is described in further detail in my notes on the design section), and communication style of the client. That being said, for a typical Seattle 5,000 sq.ft. lot 18-25 hours is common and if it is just a front or backyard then it would be about half of that.

Project management: $85/hr

Maintenance plans: $85/hr

Labor: $60/hr

Coaching: $65/hr

Material acquisition & delivery: $60unit
